
The Chapter Treasurer is the financial backbone of our chapter, responsible for expertly managing all incoming and outgoing funds. This crucial role involves receiving and disbursing all chapter funds under the Executive Board’s direction, while meticulously keeping proper accounts and providing regular reports on receipts and disbursements. The Treasurer also plays a key part in budget planning, assisting Executive Board members and ensuring uniform budget submissions, and submitting approved budgets and financial reports to the Club.
Responsibilities of the Chapter Treasurer:
Receive all funds paid to or belonging to the Chapter.
b) Disburse funds under the direction of the Executive Board.
c) Keep proper accounts.
d) Make a report of receipts and disbursements at meetings of the Executive Board.
e) Assist all Executive Board members in planning their budgets by providing such historical records as they may require.
f) Provide such guidelines as will assure a uniform proposed budget submission amongst the Executive Board.
g) Make available a report of the Chapter receipts and disbursement for
presentation at the Annual meeting of the Chapter members.
h) Participate as a member of the Chapter Budget Review Board.
i) Submit the Executive Board approved budget and Annual Financial Report to the Club as requested.
