About Family Outings

Our Family Outings Committee organizes all the great things that our other committees do, just geared towards families! Family Activity events can include hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, backpacking, camping, weekend getaways, and social events! The age of the family members who can attend depends on the event. Please see the trip description to determine if it’s appropriate for members of your family! Please note, if a minor is attending an event, only a legal guardian can sign the Volunteer Release Agreement either ahead of time or at the beginning of the activity. (So, if a grandparent would like to bring their grandchild, the grandchild’s parent/legal guardian MUST sign the form and the grandparent brings it at the start of the activity).
