Chapter Dog Hike Chair Description

The Dog Hike Chair assists the Activities Chair by planning, organizing, and/or locating trip leaders for Chapter dog hikes. The Dog Hike Chair shall write or approve all dog hike notices being submitted for publication. The Dog Hike Chair budgets for and purchases appropriate equipment and maintains and accounts for such equipment owned by the Chapter.

In addition, the Dog Hike Chair is responsible for duties as outlined in Article III, Section 3.0, and Article IV, Section 7.0, of these Standing Rules.
